Lancaster Stormers walk it off against Southern Maryland!

Stormers Centerfielder Joe Stewart knocked home the ONLY run of the game in the bottom of the 7th as Lancaster took both games of the doubleheader from Southern Maryland! Noah Bremer pitched 5 innings for the Lancaster, giving up 2 hits, NO runs with 4 K's! Phil Diehl got the Win for the Stormers, who took the series from the Blue Crabs with one more to go on Thursday, August 8!

Lancaster finally took a game from the York Revolution... 4-3! Niko Hulsizer & Joe Stewart combined to go 5-7 with 2 HR's, a triple & a double with 3 RBI! Stormers kept their 3 game lead in the North Division over the Revs!

HISTORIC day for the Lancaster Stormers as they cruised past Long Island 17-5! Newcomer Niko Hulsizer slugged 3 home runs in the game, including a Grand Slam in the 7th inning to give him a whopping 9 RBI... which is a Lancaster record!

Lancaster ended June on a winning note… beating Long Island 14-4! Stormers scored 4 runs in the 1st & padded their lead with 7 runs in the 7th inning! Starter Noah Bremer got the Win to improve his record to 6-3! Lancaster took the weekend series from the Ducks (2-1) & won 4 of 6 on the home stand (2-1 vs. Staten Island)!

The comeback seemed unlikely after the Stormers trailed 5-0 early & then 6-3 in the 9th... but Lancaster's next 6 batters reached based, including Joseph Carpenter's RBI fielder's choice that scored Shawon Dunston Jr. with the GAME-WINNING RUN!

Lancaster Stormers busted out of a slump, beating Staten Island 13-4 in the first game of their series this week! Stormers got home runs from Shawon Dunston Jr., Justin Farmer & Damon Dues… plus, 5 RBI from Joseph Carpenter! In a showdown of L-L League rivals… #5 Warwick knocked off #4 Hempfield 2-1 to advance to the 6A Semifinals! Warriors also won the season series 3-1 against the Black Knights! Kate Shaak got the win for the Warriors with 4 K's, 2 BB, 4 H, 1 R!
