Gabe Martin & Andrew Pemberton accounted for all 4 of the Spartans TD’s! 2 rushing for Martin, 1 TD toss to Pemberton, who also ran the 2nd half kickoff back for a 92yd TD! Central scored both a TD & a safety on blocked punts!

It was “Dig Pink Night” for the annual “Backyard Brawl” in girls volleyball 🩷🏐🩷 Ephrata jumped out to the early 2-0 lead, but Cocalico grabbed Game 3… 25-18 to avoid the sweep! Lady Mounts regrouped & won Game 4… 25-15 to take the match 3-1! Ephrata's Sofia Rios had a Great serving night with 7 total aces! Martina Elliot led the team with 14 kills! For the Lady Eagles, Jaclyn Niven had 16 kills and 5 blocks!
Thriller of a game between Elco & Manheim Central girls!?? Went down to the wire but Elco escapes Manheim with the 54-53 victory! Maddie Knier was spectacular with 28 points, but Elco had 3 players in double figures... Kailey Eckhart (16), Ashley Yoh & Amanda Smith (14)! Smith hit the game-winner with 10 seconds left! Conestoga Valley opened up the season with a convincing 35-0 Win over Penn Manor! Buckskins electric return man Jayden Johnson ran the opening kickoff back 94 yards for a touchdown! CV scored on it's next possession as well, led it 14-0! It was 26-0 at the half... all Buckskins in this one as new QB Sawyer Esbenshade threw 3 TD's in his debut as the Buckskins passer!
