L-L League Boys Soccer Playoffs: Quarterfinals – Lancaster Catholic vs. Cocalico (10-10-24)
Cocalico ran into a very tough Lancaster Catholic squad in the quarterfinals as the Eagles & Crusaders traded shots & saves… but neither team could put one home… UNTIL Cocalico netted the game winner in 2OT! Jordan Wambolt was the hero for the Eagles, scoring in the 103rd minute to give Cocalico the 1-0 win!
🔹 Cocalico boys fell to Hempfield in the League Semifinals 1-0 in overtime!
Field Hockey: Cocalico vs. Manheim Central (10-2-24)
Manheim Central beat Cocalico 2-1 in a late season Section 2 showdown, with lots of playoff implications on the line!
🔹First quarter, Cocalico’s Maggie Allen scored quickly, followed soon after by a Lady Barons goal from Brooke Nelson! Action remained intense into the 3rd quarter, when Central’s Ella Brubaker scored the eventual game winner off a powerful strike from Paige Garner!

The Ephrata Mounts are headed to the L-L League Baseball Championship Game after knocking off Section 1 Champ Warwick… 3-1 in 8 innings! Brody Martin pitched a gem for Ephrata, 7 strong innings, 8 K’s, 1 run allowed!
Mounts will face Manheim Township in the League Finals at Clipper Magazine Stadium on Thursday, May 19!
