Conestoga Valley kept their UNDEFEATED season alive beating Shippensburg 35-24 in the 5A District 3 Quarterfinals! CV equaled the program’s Best start to a season at 11-0, tied with the 1985 Buckskins! CV’s Isaiah Sensenig ran the opening kickoff back 88 yards for a TD! Buckskins had 4 other rushing touchdowns in the game (Teagan Ruble – 2; Jayden Johnson – 1; Sawyer Esbenshade – 1) Conestoga Valley advanced to the District 3 Semifinals for the first time since 2000!

Boys Basketball: Manheim Central vs. Ephrata (1-31-23)

Manheim Central stared down another challenger for the Section 2 crown & came away with the 63-51 WIN! Sam Witmer led the Barons with 16 points; Jackson Tracy added 12! Central moves to 9-1 in Section play & stayed ahead of the pack!

-- For Ephrata, Dylan Kohl had 15 points... Cooper Truskey had 14 points (4 - 3's)

L-L Baseball: Manheim Central vs. Cocalico (3-29-21)

In our first High School baseball game of the Spring, Manheim Central jumped out to a big lead & held on for the 6-5 win over Cocalico! Barons Colton Book had a 3-run HR in the 1st! SP Connor Rohrer gets the Win; had 6 K’s! Also need to give a shoutout to Cocalico Freshman pitcher Trent Dickson, who threw 5 shutout innings in relief, gave up just 1 hit to a potent Barons lineup! Check out the higlights...
