PIAA State Boys Soccer Playoffs: 4A Semifinals – Warwick vs. Cumberland Valley (11-12-24)

Warwick ended their incredible postseason run in the PIAA State 4A Semifinals, losing 2-1 to Cumberland Valley in 2OT! Eagles scored the golden goal with less than a minute until penalty kicks would decide a winner! Ben Carlson had Warwick's lone goal in the 1st half! Goalkeeper Isaac Yerger had another impressive day in net for the Warriors!

-- Warwick lost all 3 matchups with Cumberland Valley this season, including a 2-0 shutout in the 4A District 3 Finals! Warriors ended their season with a 21-6 record, Section 1 Champs, L-L League Runners-Up, District 3 Runners-Up, PIAA Final 4 appearance!

Girls Basketball: Solanco vs. Cocalico (12/10/24)

Cocalico won its 3rd straight game early in the season with a 48-33 victory over Solanco! Corinne Fair led Cocalico with 13 points, 3-3pointers! Kira Lehman added 12 points! It’s the Lady Eagles highest scoring output of the season so far as they open up Section 2 play with a strong W!

L-L Girl’s Basketball: Manheim Central vs. Garden Spot (12-21-21)

In a battle of 1st place teams in Section 3, Manheim Central Girls got a STATEMENT WIN over Garden Spot…51-35! Lady Barons move to 3-0 in league play, 3-1 overall! Maddie Knier had a Game-High 24pts (tied a season high)…Rachel Nolt added 14! Taylor Soehner led the Spartans with 14! Here’s a recap…

Baseball: Penn Manor vs. Warwick (5-3-24)

Warwick had Penn Manor on “upset alert” late in this ballgame… all tied 4-4 heading into the 7th inning! But the Comets pushed 3 runs across in the top of the 7th & slammed the door shut to win 7-4! Penn Manor won the season series 3-0 & kept their League Playoff hopes alive (but ultimately fell 1 win short to qualify)!
