What a clash between fantastic 5A Girls Basketball squads! Cocalico & Gettysburg left it all out on the court! We saw 3’s...stellar defense & even a career milestone! In the end, Gettysburg advanced 44-39! Cocalico Senior Izzy Mack led the team 12 points (4-3’s)! Senior Hannah Custer had 8! A great season for Cocalico ends at 16-4, with a Section 3 Title! Cocalico won its 4th straight game, taking down Section 2 foe Warwick… 38-31! Kira Lehman led all scorers with 17 points for the Lady Eagles! Brielle Martin chipped in a Career High 8 points to help Cocalico pad their lead! Warwick was led by Reese Jeanes, who had 9 points, all on 3-pointers!

The thrill of victory & the agony of defeat! We got both in the final seconds of the Boys 5A District 3 Championship Game! Lower Dauphin denies Cocalico their 1st District 3 Title since 1977 with a last second 24-22 win! Credit both squads on a hard-fought game! Great season for Cocalico, who finishes 16-5 with a Section 3 Title!

#5 Warwick lost to #9 Muhlenberg 67-45 in the consolation round of the 5A District 3 Boys bracket! Muhls had 3 players in double figures, while Warwick had Caleb Johnsen with 15pts!

Warriors played #2 Lampeter-Strasburg Wednesday, March 1st for 7th place in 5A District 3 & seeding into States!
