L-L Softball: Conestoga Valley vs. Warwick (4-16-21)

?WALK…OFF…WIN…AGAIN? For the 2nd time this week, Manheim Central baseball wins in walk-off fashion in the 5A District 3 Playoffs! Barons won 2-1 over Red Land as Nolan Book drove in Mason Weaver, Bottom of the 7th for the Game-Winner! Barons are into the 5A Semifinals on Tuesday, May 31 at Manheim Central Middle School - 4:30pm!

Hempfield & Warwick's "Championship Clash" in the L-L Boys Volleyball Final was another classic match in this rivalry series! The Warriors and Black Knights left it all out on the court, battling for each and every point, but it was Hempfield who earned their 24th League Title with a 3-1 win over Warwick! Ephrata Head Coach Kris Miller & several of his players sat down with us at this year's football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Mounts enjoyed their MOST successful season in program History, making it to the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Now as they embark on the 2024 Season, hear how Ephrata is focusing on a different group of guys!

Ephrata came out strong & took Game 1 from Manheim Central. ONLY their 2nd game surrendered this season! But the Barons regrouped & stormed back to win 3 games in a row! Central remains unbeaten at 10-0, knocking off Ephrata 3-1! Barons swept the season series 2-0! ALL eyes on the rematch with Garden spot next week!
