Manheim Central celebrated Senior Night with a 3-1 Win over Garden Spot! Aubrey Myers got the scoring started for the Lady Barons in the 26th minute, giving Central a 1-0 lead at the half! But Spartans Bella Boozer rocketed a shot home 6 minutes after halftime to tie it up 1-1! That’s when Manheim Central’s Seniors took over… Abby Sweeney & Laura Kahler put a pair of goals past the keeper! Lady Barons kept their postseason hopes alive with 1 more game against Octorara on the schedule!

L-L Wrestling: Cocalico vs. Warwick (1-19-22)

?WHAT A MATCH? Cocalico & Warwick wrestled an intense Section 1 match that saw the Eagles race out to a commanding 24-0 lead, only to have Warwick rattle off 6 bouts in a row to tie it 24-24! Both teams traded pins at 145 & 152…ending in a 30-30 TIE! So we went to criteria & Warwick pulled out the 31-30 win on the strength of winning 7 bouts on the night compared to Cocalico’s 6! First win of the season for Warwick Girls Lacrosse in an exciting 12-9 finish over Ephrata! It’s also Carson Armstrong’s 1st Career win as Warriors head coach (Armstrong is a 2017 Warwick grad & former Lax All-Star)!

L-L Baseball Playoffs (Quarterfinals): Donegal vs Warwick (5-14-22)

Warwick’s pitching & hitting carried the Warriors to a 10-0 WIN in 5 innings over Donegal in the Quarterfinals of the L-L League Playoffs! Matt Seibert tossed 5 strong innings, had 5 K's, no Walks, gave up just 3 hits!

The Warriors advanced to Tuesday’s Semifinals against Ephrata at 7:30pm! We’ll have Live coverage from War Memorial Field... tune in!
