Girls Lacrosse: Garden Spot vs. Cocalico (4-25-23)

Manheim Central and Cocalico wrestled a WHOPPER of a match as the Section 2 Title was on the line for the Barons! It was back & forth all night... but Central sent out their Hammer, Brett Barbush to seal it with a pin at 160lbs! Barons won 32-30 & moved to 6-0 in Section 2 with one match remaining against Donegal on January 25!

Thriller of a game between Elco & Manheim Central girls!?? Went down to the wire but Elco escapes Manheim with the 54-53 victory! Maddie Knier was spectacular with 28 points, but Elco had 3 players in double figures... Kailey Eckhart (16), Ashley Yoh & Amanda Smith (14)! Smith hit the game-winner with 10 seconds left! Warwick put Manheim Township's unbeaten record to the test, surviving the Blue Streak's 19-4 1st quarter lead... but ultimately came up just a few buckets short... losing 51-46! Township Seniors Sarah Kraus & Kaitlyn Musser each put up 12 points to lead the Blue Streaks in scoring! Warwick Senior Sam Shaak scored a Season High 20 points to keep her Warriors within striking distance!
