L-L League Boys Soccer Playoffs: Finals | Manheim Township vs. Warwick (10-15-25)

Warwick “Back on Top” of the L-L League as the New Boys ⚽️ Champion 🏆 Warriors won their 4th Title (2025, 2023, 2021, 2011) in program history in dramatic fashion… Riley Bills Golden-Goal header played hero in Overtime! Warwick knocked off Section 1 rival Manheim Township 2-1 in OT! ▪️Streaks took the 1-0 lead just before halftime when Carter Collier beat Isaac Yerger on a 39th minute goal! Warriors then chased the equalizer all 2nd half… but Landon Beck bent home the tying shot on a free kick in the 74th minute! Riley Bills’ game-winning goal followed in the 83rd minute completing the comeback win for the Warriors!

Warwick got strong efforts by the Offense & Defense in a 35-12 Win over Avon Grove! Warriors stormed out to a 28-0 lead at the half & held off a late rally by the Sun Devils to get the victory!

🔹 Senior QB Thomas Myers threw 3 TD’s in the season opener, while RB Heath Schnipke found the end zone twice! DB Asher Willard hauled in 2 interceptions as Warwick earned Win #1 of the 2025 Season!

In a Section 1 clash between Hempfield & Warwick... the Warriors pushed across 9 runs in the 1st inning to grab control of the momentum! Marlee Martin slugged a 2 run home run & Katie Heisey had a 3 run triple to help balloon the lead! Warwick's Kenzie Ellis & Sydney Lee combined for 5 runs, 3 hits & 3 walks from the top 2 spots in the batting lineup! Kate Shaak got the Win (7 IP, 3 R, 6 K, 1 BB) as Warwick beat Hempfield 12-3!
