Solanco capitalized on an 8-run 5th inning to pull out a big win over Ephrata... 11-6! Ellie Meier slugged a pair of home runs & had 11 K's from the circle, but the Mounts dropped a tough one at home in a key Section 2 Showdown!

Manheim Central Head Coach Dave Hahn & several of his players sat down with us at this year's football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Barons are looking to replace a bunch of skill positions, including quarterback... BUT feel they've put in the work this offseason to be ready to go heading into the 2024 Season! Hear what Manheim Central plans to focus on with a different group of guys!

Manheim Central got back on the winning track in a BIG way downing Lancaster Catholic 75-38! Mason Rodgers led all scorers with 14 points (3-3’s)! Landon Zeiset scored 11 of his 13 points in the 3rd quarter, including a monster dunk! Five Barons ended in double figures (Mason Olinger - 12pts; Ryan Kenneff - 10pts; Chase Book - 10pts)

Lancaster Barnstormers won Game 3 against Lexington… 8-6, sweeping the Counter Clocks out of Clipper Magazine Stadium! Stormers continued their red hot start to the 2nd half & now have the BEST record in the Atlantic League at 9-2!
