The thrill of victory & the agony of defeat! We got both in the final seconds of the Boys 5A District 3 Championship Game! Lower Dauphin denies Cocalico their 1st District 3 Title since 1977 with a last second 24-22 win! Credit both squads on a hard-fought game! Great season for Cocalico, who finishes 16-5 with a Section 3 Title!

Ephrata Lady Mounts grabbed bragging rights again in the “Backyard Brawl” after completing the comeback against Cocalico… 33-30! Ephrata was down 21-12 at half, but outscored Cocalico 21-9 in the 2nd half!

The Crusaders were up big in the first quarter, until a little known player named Chase Krall entered the game! Manheim Central spotted Cocalico a 2-0 lead after the 1st inning… Alex Fox & Dane Horning scored the Eagles runs! But the Barons rattled off 12 unanswered runs after that & won the game 12-2 in 6 innings! Central’s Cody Hess went 3-3 with 3 RBI & a run scored, Carter Kyle & Cam Thompson combined for 3 hits, 2 walks & 4 runs scored! Barons starter Colin Connelly (2-1) got the Win (5 IP, 2 R, 3 H, 7 K’s, 6 BB)
