Cocalico wins Round 1 of the “Backyard Brawl” beating Ephrata 4-0! Timmy Hambright got the scoring started in the 10th minute off a Cade Upson assist! Then Jordan Wambolt & David Pierdomenico made it 3-0 at halftime! Hambright added a 2nd goal 2 minutes after the break! Cocalico won the RIVALRY showdown with Manheim Central 30-14! Josh Myer, Brayden Eppinette & Dane Horning all had rushing TD’s for the Eagles, who racked up 342 yards on the ground! But it was a 67 yard punt return for a touchdown from Eppinette that blew the game open in the 3rd quarter! For the Barons, QB Ray Lewis connected on 2 passing TD’s!
