HS Football – Week 10: Governor Mifflin & Warwick (10-28-22)

In our first High School baseball game of the Spring, Manheim Central jumped out to a big lead & held on for the 6-5 win over Cocalico! Barons Colton Book had a 3-run HR in the 1st! SP Connor Rohrer gets the Win; had 6 K’s! Also need to give a shoutout to Cocalico Freshman pitcher Trent Dickson, who threw 5 shutout innings in relief, gave up just 1 hit to a potent Barons lineup! Ephrata Softball had the bats cranking tonight & pitcher Ellie Meier was dealing in the circle! Lady Mounts beat Cocalico 16-0 (3 inn.) Meier, Ephrata’s Freshman Flame-thrower, struck out 8 batters & just missed a perfect game... giving up 1 hit! She also had 2 HR’s in the 1st! Check out these highlights...

In Game 2 of the L-L League 🏐 Semifinals, Cocalico made Warwick work for the victory… stealing Game 4 (30-28)! But the Warriors ultimately won 3-1 over the Eagles to punch their ticket back to the League Finals for the 4th straight year! Kyle Charles had 23 kills in the win!
