HS Football – Week 10: Governor Mifflin & Warwick (10-28-22)

Ephrata pulled off the HUGE 41-37 Win against previously undefeated Manheim Central! Mounts Marcus Hardin led all scorers with 17 points!

-- Ephrata stays in the lead for the Section 2 standings with Warwick... both at 3-0!

In Game 1 of the Atlantic League North Division Championship Series… Southern Maryland came away with a narrow 2-1 win over Lancaster! It was a pitcher’s duel on full display, with each Starting Pitcher giving up just 1 earned run... but the Stormers came up just short after an exciting 9th inning at Clipper Magazine Stadium ?⚾️? Once AGAIN… the Warwick Warriors are headed to the L-L League Boys 🏀 Championship & once again… they will face Cedar Crest!

▪️Warwick beat Lancaster Mennonite 59-35 in the L-L Semifinals, thanks to a Career-High 20 points from Caleb McCamant (3-3’s)! Ya’Majesty Washington added 18 points (4-3’s)… both players combined to outscore LMH 38-35! Warwick’s Defense also held Cody Fisher, the League’s 6th highest scorer (17PPG), to just 2 points!
