5A PIAA Baseball Playoffs (1st Rd.): Peters Township vs. Ephrata (6-6-22)

Warwick QB Joey McCracken joins teammates Nolan Rucci and Caleb Schmitz on the 2021 PA Big 33 Team! We chatted with Warwick Head Coach Bob Locker on Sportstalk about the big honor for his players and the Warwick program as a whole. In a wild & wacky, run-scoring palooza… Warwick took down Section 1 foe JP McCaskey... 10-7! Warriors scored 6 runs in the 2nd inning, sending 11 hitters to the plate! Tommy Wainman (2-1) picked up the Win for Warwick! Alex Fair went 3-3, 2 RBI, 3-1b, 1 R! Michael Valudes also blasted a HR in the 5th inning!

Conestoga Valley opened up the season with a convincing 35-0 Win over Penn Manor! Buckskins electric return man Jayden Johnson ran the opening kickoff back 94 yards for a touchdown! CV scored on it's next possession as well, led it 14-0! It was 26-0 at the half... all Buckskins in this one as new QB Sawyer Esbenshade threw 3 TD's in his debut as the Buckskins passer!
