Ephrata won their FIRST State Playoff game in program History in a wild, come from behind victory over Peters Township… 9-7! Mounts trailed 4-2 Bottom of the 4th… then rattled off 7 straight runs in that inning… took a 9-4 lead & held on for the 9-7 WIN!

Mounts move onto the 5A State Quarterfinals vs. Donegal on Thursday, June 9! It’ll be the 2nd time these teams face off in the past 2 weeks… Ephrata got the win 11-1 over Donegal in the District 3 Semifinals!

3A District 3 Boys Soccer Playoffs (Semis): Lower Dauphin vs. Cocalico (10-31-22)

?⚽️ Golden GOAL ⚽️? Matt Laudenslager’s rocket ? of a right foot wins it in Overtime for Cocalico boys soccer... 3-2 against a very good Lower Dauphin squad! 2 Goals in the game for Laudenslager… he now has 14 this season! Luke make club scored too; has a record 18 Goals this season! WOW ?? Eagles will play in their 1st EVER District 3 Final on Thursday against defending Champ… Hershey!

Baseball: Penn Manor vs. Warwick (5-3-24)

Warwick had Penn Manor on “upset alert” late in this ballgame… all tied 4-4 heading into the 7th inning! But the Comets pushed 3 runs across in the top of the 7th & slammed the door shut to win 7-4! Penn Manor won the season series 3-0 & kept their League Playoff hopes alive (but ultimately fell 1 win short to qualify)!
