In this conversation, we looked at the Warwick Warriors, who are chasing another Section 2 Title this season! In addition, we talked about Manheim Central’s season & Trey Grube quickly approaching the 1,000th point milestone! Warwick picked up a HUGE 11-2 Win in Section 1 over Hempfield after the Warriors exploded for 7 runs in the 4th inning! In total, Warwick finished the game with 11 unanswered runs to top rival Hempfield!

District 3 Volleyball Playoffs: 2A Quarterfinals – #8 Northern Lebanon vs. #1 Manheim Central (5-22-25)

#1 Manheim Central took care of business in the 2A Quarterfinals, advancing onto the next round with a 3-0 Win (25-11, 25-13, 25-13) over #8 Northern Lebanon! It was the 3rd time beating the Vikings this season, who are Section 2 foes of the Barons! Reagan Miller led Central with 11 kills, followed by Landon Mattiace with 9 & Blake Neiles with 6! Dylan Musser had 28 assists in the match!

▪️Manheim Central will host a 2A Semifinal match next Tuesday, May 27 at “The Derb” & we will most likely broadcast that LIVE on Blue Ridge 11 📺

Boys Basketball: Manheim Central vs. Garden Spot (1-3-23)

Manheim Central caught fire in the 2nd half against Garden Spot, pulling away for the 70-49 victory! Barons are 2-0 in Section 2 play; 7-2 overall!

-- Trey Grube led all scorers with 26 points, 5-3pters! He is now 2nd All-Time in the L-L League with 252 Career 3's! Grube also has 1,394 Career points... which is #3 in Manheim Central History!

Girls Volleyball: Manheim Central vs. Cocalico (9-8-22)

Great Girls Volleyball game between Section 2 rivals Manheim Central & Cocalico! ??? Lady Barons took Game 1… Lady Eagles stormed back for Game 2… BUT Manheim Central grabbed the win, 3-1! Action on the court & atmosphere in the building was superb ?? Great job to both teams!
