On the latest episode of Sportstalk... we continued getting you ready for the upcoming Winter Sports Season by looking at a few "Spotlight Players" from our local girls basketball teams! In this conversation, we looked at returning scorers for Cocalico, Ephrata, Manheim Central & Warwick!

?WHAT A MATCH? Cocalico & Warwick wrestled an intense Section 1 match that saw the Eagles race out to a commanding 24-0 lead, only to have Warwick rattle off 6 bouts in a row to tie it 24-24! Both teams traded pins at 145 & 152…ending in a 30-30 TIE! So we went to criteria & Warwick pulled out the 31-30 win on the strength of winning 7 bouts on the night compared to Cocalico’s 6! Manheim Central Football stayed HOT ? Barons shut out Conestoga Valley 48-0! It’s Central’s 8th straight WIN ?? The Barons pounded the rock… 340 total rushing yards with 6 of their 7 TD’s coming on the ground! Jaden Weit (2), Brycen Armold (2), Zac Hahn & Ky Watson all scored!
