Manheim Central’s History-Making run in the PIAA State Playoffs came to an end Sunday! Lady Barons fell 49-34 to West York in the 5A Girls 2nd Round! Lady Barons’ Maddie Knier led ALL scorers with 18 points, but it wasn’t enough as 4 Bulldogs scored in double-figures! Manheim Central finished the season 20-8, with a Section 3 Co-Championship, a 4th place finish in District 3 & the First EVER State Playoff win in program history!

Boys Volleyball: Cocalico vs. Manheim Central (4-1-25)
In a “Battle of the Unbeatens” early in the Section 2 season, Manheim Central took Cocalico’s Best shot but handed the Eagles their first loss of the year… 3-1 (25-14, 23-25, 25-22, 27-25)! Reagan Miller had a big day for the Barons with 21 kills & 2 huge aces in Game 4! Cocalico’s Colson Hildebrand had 14 kills for the Eagles!
🔹Round 2 is at Cocalico on Thursday, April 24… By the way, Manheim Central is ranked #2 in AA in the State!

L-L Football: Warwick vs. Cocalico (10-22-21)
Cocalico celebrates Senior Night in a big way by knocking off Warwick 27-21, moving to 4-0 in the Section 2 standings! The Eagles now earn at least a share of the Section 2 Title & face Manheim Central next week for a chance to win it outright! As for the game... it was another huge night on the gridiron for Anthony Bourassa, who smashed his previous career high, churning out 330+ yards on the ground & 2 TD's! Field Hockey: Cocalico vs. Manheim Central (10-2-24)
Manheim Central beat Cocalico 2-1 in a late season Section 2 showdown, with lots of playoff implications on the line!
🔹First quarter, Cocalico’s Maggie Allen scored quickly, followed soon after by a Lady Barons goal from Brooke Nelson! Action remained intense into the 3rd quarter, when Central’s Ella Brubaker scored the eventual game winner off a powerful strike from Paige Garner!
