L-L League Football — Week 9 – Garden Spot vs. Manheim Central (10-18-24)

Fantastic First game in our Girls Soccer coverage this Fall! Warwick knocks off Manheim Central 3-2 in a hotly contested showdown! Warriors Olivia Shertzer led the way with 2 Goals… Grace Bowman added her 1st goal of the season! Warwick moved to 2-0! Manheim Central Junior Maddie Knier scored her 1,000th Career Point Friday night in the 1st quarter against Elco! Knier became the 6th player in Lady Barons history to reach the 1,000 point mark! Check out this video to re-live the sights & sounds from a milestone night in the Lady Barons program!

P.S. Lady Barons won the game 65-42 over Elco, Manheim Central's 4th straight win of the season!

We had one of the best rivalries in the L-L League on the channel & one of the BEST players in the League shined BRIGHT! Warwick’s Tate Landis dropped a Season High 26 points in a BIG WIN over Manheim Township 56-39! Warriors earned the bragging rights ? for another year!

The Ephrata Mounts, your back to back Section 2 Champs and reigning 2023 L-L League Champ, advanced to the next round after a 7-1 Win over Lancaster Catholic in the League Quarterfinals! Trent Wolf went 5 innings on the mound for the Mounts, giving up just 3 hits & 1 run… Plus, he had 2 RBI at the plate!
