Penn Manor jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, but Ephrata made it a 3-2 ballgame in the 4th! That's when the Comets hung 5 runs on the board in the top of the 6th and cruised to an 8-2 victory! Ephrata and Penn Manor are both battling for the #2 spot in Section 1 play along with Manheim Township, who are all chasing Hempfield!

Trailing 6-3 in the bottom of the 9th... Lancaster "stormed-back" with 4 runs to walk it off against Staten Island... 7-6! The comeback seemed unlikely after the Stormers trailed 5-0 early & then 6-3 in the 9th... but Lancaster's next 6 batters reached based, including Joseph Carpenter's RBI fielder's choice that scored Shawon Dunston Jr. with the GAME-WINNING RUN!
Exeter avenged their ONLY loss of the season against Conestoga Valley in the 5A District 3 Semifinals! Eagles won 48-14… Jayden Zandier ran up & down the field for 263 yards rushing, scoring 4 TD’s! #8 Exeter advanced to the 5A Championship Game Friday, November 22 against #6 Bishop McDevitt! Warwick wins & advances in the District 3 Playoffs for the first time since finishing 6th in the 2010 District 3 Tournament! Surprise surprise, Senior Kai Cipalla led all scorers with 24 points; Tate Landis had 21 points (5-3’s in 4th QT)! Warwick moves onto Friday's Quarterfinal round where they face #3 Central Dauphin (15-1)!
