In our first High School baseball game of the Spring, Manheim Central jumped out to a big lead & held on for the 6-5 win over Cocalico! Barons Colton Book had a 3-run HR in the 1st! SP Connor Rohrer gets the Win; had 6 K’s! Also need to give a shoutout to Cocalico Freshman pitcher Trent Dickson, who threw 5 shutout innings in relief, gave up just 1 hit to a potent Barons lineup! Ephrata won decisively in their L-L League Quarterfinals match up with Donegal, beating the Indians 11-1 in 5 innings! Ben Burkey got the Win... Mounts top of the order(Schwanger, McCracken, Hurst) went 7-9 with 8 RBI & 5 runs scored!
