Girls Lacrosse: Garden Spot vs. Warwick (4-17-23)

On our annual "Sportstalk L-L Football Coaches Show Extravaganza", we chatted with Manheim Central Football Head Coach Dave Hahn about his Baron team! Section 1 Co-Champ Warwick moved on in the L-L League Tournament after a 7-0 Win over Manheim Central in the Quarterfinal Round! Sr. Bella Smithson smacked a 2-Run HR in the 3rd inning! Warriors tacked on 3 runs late in the game! Pitcher Kate Shaak dominated in the circle… 7 IP, 9 K’s, 4 H, 0 runs!

▪️Warwick, the defending League Champ, plays in the League Semifinals on Monday, May 13 at Millersville University at 7pm!

In an L-L League Girls Lacrosse showdown between 2 cross-town rivals… Warwick jumped out to an early 6-2 lead over Ephrata, but had to hang on down the stretch to win 12-9! Seniors Clara Ford (5) & Katie Jeanes (3) led the Warriors in scoring! Mallory Kline had 3 goals for Ephrata! Check out the highlights from a great game!

Manheim Central softball powered their way to a 13-3 (6 inn.) win over Lancaster Mennonite! Lady Barons snapped a 5-game skid, while P Gabby Wettig picked up her 4th win of the year (6IP, 5K, 1BB, 3R)! Check out the highlights...
