Lancaster Catholic Won a Hard-Fought, Heart-Pounding Clash against Manheim Central 38-35, on the strength of an 8-0 finishing run! Leading the way for the Crusaders was Mia Bonafede & Morgan Gaylord with 10 points each, which energizer-bunny Nevaeh Kennedy chipped in 8 points, along with plenty of rebounds & steals! For the Lady Barons, Kaylee Brubaker dropped in 11 of her team-high 13 points in the 2nd half, including 3-3’s in the game! — In a tight Section 3 race, Manheim Central fell to 4-3… while Lancaster Catholic improved to 5-2, joining LS & Northern Lebanon in a 3-way tie atop the standings!

District 3 Volleyball Playoffs: 2A Quarterfinals – #8 Northern Lebanon vs. #1 Manheim Central (5-22-25)

#1 Manheim Central took care of business in the 2A Quarterfinals, advancing onto the next round with a 3-0 Win (25-11, 25-13, 25-13) over #8 Northern Lebanon! It was the 3rd time beating the Vikings this season, who are Section 2 foes of the Barons! Reagan Miller led Central with 11 kills, followed by Landon Mattiace with 9 & Blake Neiles with 6! Dylan Musser had 28 assists in the match!

▪️Manheim Central will host a 2A Semifinal match next Tuesday, May 27 at “The Derb” & we will most likely broadcast that LIVE on Blue Ridge 11 📺
