Girls Basketball: Ephrata vs. Cocalico (12-22-22)

In a preview of next year’s Berks/L-L League Football merger, Daniel Boone pounded the run game and came out of Ephrata with a 33-14 win! Mounts did have a 71 yard scoop & score on defense by Quintin Pfautz! Here are the highlights from Week 5 of High School Football!

Cocalico picked up a big win in Section 3 play, beating Lancaster Catholic 58-48 in Overtime! Eagles held the Crusaders scoreless in the OT session! We had one of the best rivalries in the L-L League on the channel & one of the BEST players in the League shined BRIGHT! Warwick’s Tate Landis dropped a Season High 26 points in a BIG WIN over Manheim Township 56-39! Warriors earned the bragging rights ? for another year!

Ephrata Girls won their 2nd straight L-L Playoff game, downing Section 3 Co-Champ Manheim Central 36-33! Lady Barons' Maddie Knier led all scorers with 14pts, Rachel Nolt added 12! Brynn Adams scored 9pts for the Lady Mounts, Camryn Andes & Cara Tiesi had 8 each! Check out these highlights from a hard-fought game!

Ephrata is now one of the Final 4 teams left in the Girls L-L League Playoffs! They face Penn Manor in the Semifinals Tuesday, February 15, 2022!
