Boys Soccer: Warwick vs. Conestoga Valley (10-11-22)

In their FIRST home game of the season, Warwick earned their FIRST Win of the season… 33-31 over Cocalico! Mia Warfel led the Warriors in scoring with 13 points, including the go-ahead bucket with 13 seconds left in the game! Kira Lehman led all scorers with 16 points (10 in the 4th; 6-8 FT in 4th)… Corinne Fair had 9 points (3-3’s) for Cocalico!

In our first High School baseball game of the Spring, Manheim Central jumped out to a big lead & held on for the 6-5 win over Cocalico! Barons Colton Book had a 3-run HR in the 1st! SP Connor Rohrer gets the Win; had 6 K’s! Also need to give a shoutout to Cocalico Freshman pitcher Trent Dickson, who threw 5 shutout innings in relief, gave up just 1 hit to a potent Barons lineup! Hempfield denied Warwick a trip to the L-L League Finals with a 49-43 win! Black Knights outscored the Warriors 13-6 in the 4th quarter to get the W! Hempfield is into the L-L Championship for the 3rd year in a row, where they will face Section 2 Champ, Manheim Central, on Friday at 7pm!

-- Warwick's next game is Monday, February 20 in the District 3 Playoffs... they will host Donegal at 7pm!
