The Crusaders were up big in the first quarter, until a little known player named Chase Krall entered the game! The Ephrata Mounts are headed to the L-L League Baseball Championship Game after knocking off Section 1 Champ Warwick… 3-1 in 8 innings! Brody Martin pitched a gem for Ephrata, 7 strong innings, 8 K’s, 1 run allowed!

Mounts will face Manheim Township in the League Finals at Clipper Magazine Stadium on Thursday, May 19!

Lancaster won a rain-soaked game against Southern Maryland 10-3 to complete the 3-game sweep of the Blue Crabs! Stormers jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the 3rd inning & kept scoring every inning for the next 5 innings! Shawon Dunston & Trace Loehr each homered, while Damon Dues knocked home 3 more runs! Brady Tedesco threw 7.1 strong innings, giving up 1 run on 3 hits, striking out 9 batters!

-- Lancaster is on the road to visit the Lexington Legends for a weekend series, before returning home next week to face Hagerstown for the FINAL series to air on Blue Ridge 11 TV this Summer!
