Warwick jumped out to an early 17-5 lead after 1 quareter, but Elizabethtown made it a game late! That’s when the Warriors put the peddle to the metal & picked up another key Section 2 win… 61-48! Caleb Johnsen had 15pts; Tyree Hughes 10 off the bench!

Warwick ended their incredible postseason run in the PIAA State 4A Semifinals, losing 2-1 to Cumberland Valley in 2OT! Eagles scored the golden goal with less than a minute until penalty kicks would decide a winner! Ben Carlson had Warwick's lone goal in the 1st half! Goalkeeper Isaac Yerger had another impressive day in net for the Warriors!

L-L League Softball Playoffs: Quarterfinals – Annville-Cleona vs. Warwick (5-10-25)
Warwick won 9-2 over Annville-Cleona in the League Quarterfinals & punched their ticket to the L-L League Semifinals to face Section 3 Champ, Northern Lebanon!
▪️Warwick’s Ace Kate Shaak got the Win (7 IP, 10 K, 4 H, 2 R, 1 BB) ▪️Isabelle Heagy scored 3 times from the 9th spot for Warwick! Katie Heisey & Emerson Overly combined for 4 of the 9 runs!
Girls Soccer: Warwick vs Cocalico (10-1-24)
Warwick & Cocalico played to a 1-1 draw… AGAIN! Ella Shirk scored in the 4th minute, giving the Warriors a brief 1-0 lead! But Kira Lehman tied it up for Cocalico just minutes later on a header off a corner kick! Both teams spent the next 90 minutes, thru 2OT’s trying to net the game winner! ** (This is now twice this season these teams have played to a 1-1 tie)
🔹Cocalico finishes 8-0-2 & captures their FIRST Section 2 Title in program history
▪️Warwick is 6-1-2 in Section 2 & has clinched a berth in the League Playoffs! They have one game left in League play against Solanco on Monday, October 7!
Atlantic League Baseball: Lexington vs. Lancaster (7-19-23)
The Lancaster Barnstormers clobbered Lexington 16-7 to take Game 2 of the series at Clipper Magazine Stadium! Stormers pounded out 19 hits with 14 RBI & 16 runs... hitting a robust .422 at the plate tonight!
