Boys Basketball: Cocalico vs. Ephrata (1-8-25)

Round 1 of the “Backyard Brawl” went to Ephrata (4-1 Sec. 2) who knocked off rival Cocalico (3-3 Sec. 2) 58-43! Mounts used a 17-4 advantage in the 4th quarter to pull away! Ephrata’s Marqus Hardin led all scorers with 22 points! Landry Kopp & Grayson Shellhammer each added 11! Cocalico’s Timmy Hambright had 19 points, including 5 three-pointers!

Back to back tough losses for Warwick, who fell 3-1 to Penn Manor! After tying the game in the 6th inning with a lead-off home run by Madison Minney... the Comets got 2 runs in the 7th inning & Warwick could not respond!

L-L Girls Quarterfinals: Etown vs. Cocalico (2/23/21)

What a playoff game! Cocalico Girls storm back to knock off Elizabethtown 44-41 in the L-L League Quarterfinals Tuesday Night! Lady Eagles went on a 16-2 run to close out the game! Hannah Custer with 19 points, 12 in the 4th & went 6-7 from the free throw line in 4th QT! Check out the highlights...
