For the 2nd year in a row, Manheim Central wins the L-L League Boys 🏐 Title, beating Warwick again in a rematch of last year’s Final… 3-1!

▪️Warriors took Game 1… 25-19! But Central stormed back with 3 unanswered games (25-21, 25-22, 25-16)! Reagan Miller & Landon Mattiace had 16 & 15 kills respectively for the Barons! Kyle Charles led Warwick with 23 kills!

-- District 3 Playoffs begin May 21! Both Warwick (3A) and Manheim Central (2A) are top 3 in both brackets!

Gutsy effort from Manheim Central Girls, who were missing 2 key starters against Lancaster Catholic… including the L-L’s leading scorer Maddie Knier! Crusaders got the win 42-32, but credit the Lady Barons, who pushed Catholic to the limit for 3 quarters! Here are the highlights...

Manheim Central knocked off rival Cocalico in Week 10... 42-20 on the strength of a HUGE 2nd half! Barons outscored the Eagles 35-6 in the 3rd & 4th quarters! In doing so, Manheim Central finished 9-1 overall AND forced a 3-way tie for the Section 2 Title! Warwick, Manheim Central and Cocalico with split the trophy this year! Ephrata collected another rivalry win to start the season 2-0! Mounts took down Warwick 10-4 & beat Cocalico 4-0 on Friday, March 24! The top 4 hitters for the Mounts went 5-9 with 6 walks & 9 runs scored, including Coy Schwanger’s surprise steal of home!
