With all the Big Plays & all the scoring drives… Ephrata & Conestoga Valley’s Week 5 game felt like a playoff matchup! Mounts get the hard-fought victory 25-23… snapping CV’s 26 game regular season win streak! In the process, Ephrata earns a much-needed W in Section 2! 🔹 Ephrata used a pair of backup QB’s in the game… Brody Heck getting his First Career start in place of the injured Carson Martin! Malachi Knowles came in for certain situations to run wildcat & it PAID OFF for Ephrata as Knowles scored twice! Aaden Shuman also ran back a punt 89 yards for a TD! 🔸 CV’s Camryn Bair had a Great night at QB… running in 3 TD’s for the Buckskins!

Mounts WALKED IT OFF 3-2 over Manheim Central in a WILD ending to a fast-paced, close game! Barons took the early lead with 2 runs in the 3rd inning, but the Mounts answered back with 2 runs in the 4th inning! After 7 full innings, the game was tied 2-2... so we went extra innings! Ephrata loaded the bases bottom of the 8th inning & on a full count, Ethan Hunt took off for home... the pitch hit JD Muhr and Ephrata Won in dramatic fashion! -- Camryn Simes (7-0) came away with the Win in relief for Ephrata!

Boys Soccer: Elco vs. Manheim Central (8-25-25)

Elco earned the 3-0 shutout against Manheim Central in early, non-league action! Jevan Marquette (13’), Cru Frederick (23’) & Ben Macchione (55’) scored for the Raiders! Central Goalie Zach Spangler made a nice PK save in the opening minutes of the game, the Elco Offense was too much! Barons drop Game 1 of the season, while Elco moves to 2-0 with a 4-0 margin of victory!
