Warwick hung on for a 4-3 Win over Section 2 foe Conestoga Valley! Warriors took 1-0 & 4-0 leads over CV thanks to some power from Connor Meck (solo HR) and Josiah Smucker (2-run HR)… but the Buckskins finally got some runs Top 6th with 3 straight hits & 3 runs! Ace Nick Carson slammed the door for Warwick in the 7th… throwing a complete game for the Win (7 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 7 K, 1 BB) ▪️Warwick (8-8 Overall, 6-2 in Section 2) bolstered their 2nd spot in Section 2 ahead of CV (6-9 Overall, 4-4 in Sec. 2) with a HUGE game against Section 2 front runner Lampeter-Strasburg (15-2 Overall) next Monday, May 4!

#1 Manheim Central punched their ticket back to the 2A Championship Game after beating #4 Linville Hill Christian 3-0 in the District 3 Semifinals! Central’s Reagan Miller had 13 kills, followed by Landon Mattiace with 10! Dylan Musser had a whopping 41 assists to go along with 3 solo blocks & 1 ace!

L-L League Football — Week 2 – Ephrata vs Manheim Central (8/29/25)

Ephrata made it 2 Wins in a row against Manheim Central with a 17-6 Win in Week 2! Barons RB Logan Geib put Central in front 6-0 with a 7yd rushing TD! But the Mounts ran off 17 unanswered points to get the victory! QB Carson Martin had 2 passing TD's (Frain & Grant) along with 2 tackles for loss & a sack on defense!

Fun fact: this was Ephrata's 400th Win in program history, dating back to their start in 1910! The Mounts are 2-0 to kickoff the 2025 Season & will be on Blue Ridge 11 in Week 3 vs. Garden Spot!
