Ephrata tested Conestoga Valley’s UNBEATEN record to the limit in the L-L League Semifinal, But CV got the 3-1 Win (31-29, 25-22, 16-25, 28-26) & advanced to the League Championship match! Buckskins were led by Andy Bonhomme with 14 kills… Mounts got 12 kills & 6 blocks from Malachi Knowles!
Great matchup between Ephrata and Cocalico girls ⚽️ in the “Backyard Brawl”… the ONLY meeting this season! But despite both teams’ Best effort… neither Offense scored against the other’s Defense! Great goal keeping from Ephrata’s Amaya Jones & Cocalico’s Molly Barrett! This one went 100 heart-pounding minutes of scoreless action & ended in a 0-0 draw!

Elco earned the 3-0 shutout against Manheim Central in early, non-league action! Jevan Marquette (13’), Cru Frederick (23’) & Ben Macchione (55’) scored for the Raiders! Central Goalie Zach Spangler made a nice PK save in the opening minutes of the game, the Elco Offense was too much! Barons drop Game 1 of the season, while Elco moves to 2-0 with a 4-0 margin of victory!
