Cocalico jumped out in front of Manheim Central 4-2 after the top of the 2nd inning… but the Lady Barons woke the bats up & went onto score 17 unanswered runs to beat Cocalico 19-4 (4 inn.)! Abby Logan had a triple, a single & 5 RBI for Central, while Paige Garner knocked in 4 runs with a triple to her own credit! Makenna Hess, Kendal Newswanger & Lexa Valdez each scored 3 times for the Lady Barons! ◾️Big game Wednesday, April 8 as Manheim Central (2-0) visits Northern Lebanon (2-0) for a crucial Section 3 Showdown!

Boys Volleyball: Garden Spot vs. Cocalico (4-10-25)

Cocalico took care of business against Garden Spot in a Section 2 matchup, beating the Spartans 3-0 (25-6, 25-17, 25-15)! Eagles moved to 8-1 overall & 5-1 in Section 2, just a game back of Manheim Central! 🔹Josh Byrom led the Eagles with 10 kills, Reilly Stark had 7! Senior Colson Hildebrand served really well with 9 aces thru out the 3 games! Jacob Wambolt had 26 assists!

L-L League Boys Volleyball Playoffs: Finals – Manheim Central vs. Cedar Crest (5-15-25)

Major STATEMENT WIN for Cedar Crest in the L-L Finals, who not only knocked off 2X Defending League Champ Manheim Central by a score of 3-1 (25-18, 25-20, 16-25, 25-19), BUT handed the Barons their first loss of the year! It’s the Falcons 1st League 🏐🏆 Title in school history! Cedar Crest also won the Section 1 Title for the first time EVER!
