Cedar Crest punched their ticket to the L-L League Boys Title Game with a 40-37 win over Manheim Central! Barons’ Aaron Enterline hit a game-tying 3pt attempt but it was after the buzzer! Central did hit 7 – 3pters in the game!

🔹Cedar Crest: Fernando Marquez & RJ Young each had 10pts

▪️Manheim Central: Chase Book had 11pts (3-3’s) & Aaron Enterline had 10pts

Barons took an early 4-0 lead, but hung on against a scrappy Wildcats squad & moved onto the 5A District 3 Quarterfinals on Thursday against #8 Muhlenberg! L-L Baseball Playoffs (Semis): Ephrata vs. Warwick (5-17-22)

The Ephrata Mounts are headed to the L-L League Baseball Championship Game after knocking off Section 1 Champ Warwick… 3-1 in 8 innings! Brody Martin pitched a gem for Ephrata, 7 strong innings, 8 K’s, 1 run allowed!

Mounts will face Manheim Township in the League Finals at Clipper Magazine Stadium on Thursday, May 19!

Boys Basketball: Cocalico vs. Ephrata (1-8-25)

Round 1 of the “Backyard Brawl” went to Ephrata (4-1 Sec. 2) who knocked off rival Cocalico (3-3 Sec. 2) 58-43! Mounts used a 17-4 advantage in the 4th quarter to pull away! Ephrata’s Marqus Hardin led all scorers with 22 points! Landry Kopp & Grayson Shellhammer each added 11! Cocalico’s Timmy Hambright had 19 points, including 5 three-pointers!

🔹the rematch is February 5... Ephrata AT Cocalico… ON Blue Ridge 11 📺
