5A District 3 Softball Playoffs: 1st Rd. – Ephrata vs. Manheim Central (5-22-23)

Warwick had Penn Manor on “upset alert” late in this ballgame… all tied 4-4 heading into the 7th inning! But the Comets pushed 3 runs across in the top of the 7th & slammed the door shut to win 7-4! Penn Manor won the season series 3-0 & kept their League Playoff hopes alive (but ultimately fell 1 win short to qualify)!

The Warwick Boys Basketball team is having an impressive District 3 Playoff experience this year! They've won three games in a row, making the District 3 Finals for the first time since 1984! Warwick punched their ticket back to the L-L League Championship Game with a 2-0 win over Conestoga Valley in the League Semifinals! Rylan Treumpy & Levi Hoover scored the goals for Warwick!

Ephrata Mounts picked up their 10th win of the season & equaled their highest offensive output of the year so far, knocking off Daniel Boone 67-44!

-- Senior Dylan Kohl was unconscious from 3pt range to start the game... 5-6 at the half... ended with 20 points!
