6A PIAA Baseball Playoffs (Semis): Warwick vs. Cumberland Valley (6-13-22)
Warwick WINS 9-0 in their 6A State Semifinals showdown with Cumberland Valley (2nd time Warwick has beaten CV in the postseason… walked it off in the 6A District 3 Semis 9-8)! Seth Adomnik threw a 1-hit shutout for the Warriors…the batting lineup did the rest, hammering out double-digit hits with a couple Home Runs thrown in!
The Warriors make the State Finals for the FIRST time in program history & will face District 11 Champ Liberty at Penn State's Medlar Field on Thursday, June 16 at 4:30pm on PCN TV!
Field Hockey: Ephrata vs Warwick (9-11-24)
Warwick continued their impressive streak this season, advancing to an undefeated 8-0 record with a 6-0 victory over Ephrata! In a standout performance, Bree Zoccolo, who recently became Warwick's all-time leading scorer, made a significant impact by netting 2 goals! Additionally, the team's offensive effort was well-rounded, with several other players. Taylor Hess, Karys Craver, Mara Moyer, and Miriam Jackson each added to the scorebook. The Lady Warriors continue to build momentum in Section 1 & have only given up 3 goals all season!
