3A District 3 Boys Soccer Playoffs: 1st Round – #12 Eastern York vs. #5 Cocalico (10-21-24)

#5 Cocalico won convincingly in the 1st round of the 3A District 3 ⚽️ Playoffs… beating #12 Eastern York 5-0! Timmy Hambright scored first for the Eagles in the 6th minute & scored again in the 36th minute to give him 2 of Cocalico’s 5 goals! Talen Popolis (13 goals: team lead) had 2 as well for the Eagles! Eli Barry added to the scoring just a minute into the 2nd half! This is the most goals in a single game by Cocalico this season!

🔹#5 Cocalico advanced to the 3A Quarterfinals on Thursday, October 24 to face #4 Shippensburg on the road!

Boys Basketball: Manheim Central vs. Garden Spot (1-25-24)

Manheim Central survived a raucous crowd & feisty Garden Spot squad on Senior Night to pull out the 66-54 Win! Barons swept the season series against the Spartans!

▪️Manheim Central sharp-shooter Chase Book (So.) caught fire, dropping 20 points with 4-3pters! Aaron Enterline (Sr.) added 18 points!

🔹Garden Spot leading scorer Jace Conrad (Jr.) led his team with 11 points!
