HS Wrestling: Cocalico vs. Ephrata (1-18-23)

On the latest episode of Sportstalk, we chatted with Brad Lauderman, the Co-Chairman of the Ephrata Lions Club "Card Show & Auction"! He filled us in on the details regarding this year's event (at the Ephrata Rec Center) & is hoping everyone will come check out what they have to offer all day long, for a very affordable price! Warwick and Manheim Central braved the elements for a non-league showdown in L-L Softball! Warwick came away with the victory 11-2 over Central! Warriors jumped out to an early 4-0 lead & tacked on more to lead it 8-0 after 3 innings! Warwick's Mackenzie Ellis, Sophia Steffy & Sophie Smutz each had a pair of hits & runs to get the Offense going! Warriors Pitching Ace Kate Shaak (7 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 3 BB, 13 K) went the distance for her 37th Career Win! Central’s Kayleigh Detz had a triple & a single (her courtesy runner scored both runs)... Abbi Logan had a pair of RBI singles!

In a clash of top teams in the L-L League... Warwick and Ephrata went to Double Overtime to decide a winner! Warriors Drew Bassoff knocked home the game-winner in the 102nd minute to give Warwick the 1-0 WIN! Here are the highlights from Semifinal #2 on the night...
