5A District 3 Football Playoffs: First Round – #10 Hershey vs. #7 Cocalico (11-1-24)

#7 Cocalico won 42-21 in the 1st Round of 5A District 3 Playoffs against #10 Hershey! Dane Horning had 2 rushing TD’s… Josh Myer added 3 more TD’s on the ground… but it was the punt block by Jerry McArdle & TD recovery by Thomas Dattoli that swung the game for Cocalico! Eagles have now won 8 straight District 3 Playoffs games, dating back to 2022!

🔹5A District 3 Playoffs: Quarterfinals: #7 Cocalico vs #2 Mechanicsburg - next Friday, November 8 at Memorial Park Stadium - 7pm

Boys Basketball: Game #1 — Cocalico vs. Ephrata (12-22-23)

Cocalico boys win the “Backyard Brawl” in back to back seasons, knocking off rival Ephrata 61-42! Eagles have won 4 games in a row!
 
⇒ Camden Ochs (Cocalico) led all scorers with 25 points, tying his Season High!
 
⇒ Cooper Truskey (Ephrata) had a team high 12 points (4 - 3pters)

Baseball: Cocalico vs. Manheim Central (4-12-24)

Manheim Central rallied late in the game to take Round 1 against Cocalico… 4-3! Barons exploded for 3 runs in the 6th inning, capped off by Ky Watson’s RBI 1b! Trevor Lowe picked up the Win! Trent Dickson threw 6 solid innings with 7 K's, but was chased in the 6th! Nolan Book also blasted a solo home run for the Barons! Central has now won 3 straight Section 3 games!

-- There will be 2 more meetings this year on April 19 & May 6 (on Blue Ridge 11 TV)!

Girls Basketball: Cocalico vs. Garden Spot (1-5-23)

Cocalico girls baseketball got their 2nd Win of the Week, knocking off Garden Spot 36-19! Teagan Sahm matched her season-high scoring with 21 points and added 18 rebounds for a MONSTER double-double!

--Lady Eagles defensively held the Spartans to 0 points in the 2nd quarter!
