Softball: Cocalico vs. Manheim Central (4-23-25)
Cocalico and Manheim Central were locked in a tight ballgame that came down to the final innings... as the Lady Barons rallied to win 5-4! Cocalico took the early 3-0 lead, with runs by Kira Lehman, Gretchen Showalter & Clarissa Lockman... but Central plated 2 runs in the bottom of the 3rd with a 2 RBI single from Abbi Logan! Lady Barons would take the 4-3 lead in the 4th & tack on another run in the 5th! Cocalico cut it to 5-4 late, but could not plate the tying run! Riley Hostetter got the win in the circle for Manheim Central!
L-L Baseball: Penn Manor vs. Warwick (4-30-21)
Warwick's bats powered their way to a 14-1 win over Section 1 rival Penn Manor! Dominating day for Warriors pitcher Matt Williams... 4IP, 2H, 10K’s! He also had a 3-run HR! Warwick has won 6 in a row, 12-4 overall! Check out the highlights...
Girls Basketball: Ephrata vs. Conestoga Valley (1-17-25)
Ephrata WON its 11th straight with a 58-50 victory over Conestoga Valley! Four Lady Mounts scored in double figures… Marie McCracken (15pts); Leah Caldwell (14pts); Alyssa Caldwell (13pts) & Emily Bender (11pts)! Azailya Washington scored a Season-High 23 points for the Buckskins, but it wasn’t enough as Ephrata hit 11 of 13 free throws in the 4th quarter!
🔸Ephrata (8-0) padded their lead in Section 2 over Conestoga Valley (6-2) winning both matchups this year!
