4A District 3 Boys Soccer Playoffs (Semis): Warwick vs. Hempfield (11-1-22)

In their 4th straight trip to the 4A Semifinals, #2 Warwick FINALLY made it thru to the District 3 Championship Game with a 3-0 Win over #11 Mechanicsburg! Eli Yerger scored 2 Goals for the Warriors… 37th minute & 77th minute! Gavin Kochel scored his first varsity goal in the 63rd minute! Warwick advanced to their first District 3 Final since 2005 (when they tied Manheim Township 3–3 & shared the ⚽️🏆)

In an L-L League Girls Lacrosse showdown between 2 cross-town rivals… Warwick jumped out to an early 6-2 lead over Ephrata, but had to hang on down the stretch to win 12-9! Manheim Central picked up a 7-2 win over Section 3 rival Cocalico, sweeping the season series 3-0! Central’s Cam Thompson went 3-3 with 5 RBI! Senior pitcher Cael Martin got the Win! ◾️Barons punched their ticket to the L-L League Playoffs (2nd place in Sec. 3) on Thursday, May 9 & will face Section 1 Champ Hempfield at 4:15pm!
