Manheim Central Head Coach Dave Hahn & several of his players sat down with us at this year's football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Barons are looking to replace a bunch of skill positions, including quarterback... BUT feel they've put in the work this offseason to be ready to go heading into the 2024 Season! Field Hockey: Ephrata vs. Warwick (8-28-25)
Warwick improved to 2-0 on the season after a 3-0 shutout against Section 1 rival Ephrata! Warriors goals scored by Kenzie Ellis, Calli Martin & Kayla Gockley!
Warwick has games against Twin Valley, Oley Valley & Lampeter-Strasburg coming up!
Lady Mounts dropped to 1-1 and have games against JP McCaskey, Schuylkill Valley & Cocalico!
Boys Volleyball: Cocalico vs. Manheim Central (4-1-25)
In a “Battle of the Unbeatens” early in the Section 2 season, Manheim Central took Cocalico’s Best shot but handed the Eagles their first loss of the year… 3-1 (25-14, 23-25, 25-22, 27-25)! Reagan Miller had a big day for the Barons with 21 kills & 2 huge aces in Game 4! Cocalico’s Colson Hildebrand had 14 kills for the Eagles!
🔹Round 2 is at Cocalico on Thursday, April 24… By the way, Manheim Central is ranked #2 in AA in the State!
Girls Volleyball: Manheim Central vs. Cocalico (9-8-22)
Great Girls Volleyball game between Section 2 rivals Manheim Central & Cocalico! ??? Lady Barons took Game 1… Lady Eagles stormed back for Game 2… BUT Manheim Central grabbed the win, 3-1! Action on the court & atmosphere in the building was superb ?? Great job to both teams!
