2024 L-L League Football Media Day — Ephrata Mounts (8-2-24)

Ephrata Head Coach Kris Miller & several of his players sat down with us at this year’s football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Mounts enjoyed their MOST successful season in program History, making it to the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Now as they embark on the 2024 Season, hear how Ephrata is focusing on a different group of guys!

Baseball: Lebanon vs. Cocalico (4-14-22)

Cocalico picked up a win over Lebanon… 13-3 in 6 innings! Eagles have won 4 straight! Caleb Sturtevant & Brycen Flinton both went 2-3 & scored 3 runs apiece… combined for 4 RBI! ⚾️? Here are the highlights…

Baseball: Ephrata vs. Warwick (3-17-25)

Ephrata opened up the 2025 High School Baseball Season with a 12-2 Win over cross-town rival Warwick! Mounts Junior pitcher Camryn Simes (1-0) struck out 10 Warwick batters thru 6 innings, giving up 1 hit & 2 runs! Leadoff hitter Ethan Hunt reached base ALL 5 at-bats, scored 4 times (4 BB, 1b, 4 runs, 2 RBI)... The Warriors’ 4 pitchers combined for 13 strikeouts of their own, but gave up 9 walks & hit 4 batters!

🔹Both teams are back at it this week… Ephrata (1-0) hosts Donegal on Wednesday, March 19 at War Memorial Field (7pm)… Warwick (0-1) goes to Hempfield on Friday, March 21 (4:15pm)

L-L Girl’s Basketball: Warwick vs. Cocalico (12-10-21)
