2024 L-L League Football Media Day — Ephrata Mounts (8-2-24)

Ephrata Head Coach Kris Miller & several of his players sat down with us at this year’s football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Mounts enjoyed their MOST successful season in program History, making it to the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Now as they embark on the 2024 Season, hear how Ephrata is focusing on a different group of guys!

L-L Boys Semifinals: Cocalico vs. Lebanon (2/25/21)

Lebanon punches their ticket to the L-L Boys Championship Game on Saturday with a 55-36 win over Cocalico Thursday Night! Eagles Carter Nuneville led all scorers with 19, but Lebanon’s Braden Allwein was on fire, scoring 16pts in 3 quarters on 4-5 shooting from 3pt range! Here’s the highlights!

Girls Lacrosse: Garden Spot vs. Cocalico (4-8-24)

Cocalico stayed unbeaten (5-0) in Section 2 play with a 22-15 Win over Garden Spot! Lady Eagles Senior Danika Sauder scored her 200th Career Goal in the 1st quarter! Spartan Senior Gwen Varley answered with her 200th Goal in the 2nd quarter! Both girls had 9 goals each in the game, which is a season high for both!
