2021 Winter Schedule Highlights

On the latest episode of Sportstalk (5-18-22)... Eric May & Tim Reedy broke down the upcoming 5A District 3 Baseball Playoffs... specifically our local teams in Ephrata & Manheim Central! See where the squads are ranked and how they should do in the bracket!

The 2A District 3 Boys Lacrosse Championship came down to a pair of Lancaster-Lebanon League teams vying for the title… #3 Lampeter-Strasburg & #1 Cocalico! Despite being 0-2 against Cocalico this season... LS proved 3rd time was the charm as the Pioneers knocked off the Eagles 15-10 to win their 1st District 3 Title in Boys Lacrosse History!

-- Both teams begin their State Playoff run on June 6!

EPIC comeback for Manheim Central, who trailed Warwick by 15pts in the 2nd quarter & again by 14pts in the 3rd… BUT the Barons posted 45 points in the 2nd half to pull out the victory 69-65! Central’s Mason Rodgers led all scorers with 21 points (5-3pters), Ryan Kenneff has 16 points (10-11 FT)! Ya’Majesty Washington led the Warriors with 19 points (3-3pters), Caleb Johnsen added 16!
