Cocalico won the RIVALRY showdown with Manheim Central 30-14! Josh Myer, Brayden Eppinette & Dane Horning all had rushing TD’s for the Eagles, who racked up 342 yards on the ground! But it was a 67 yard punt return for a touchdown from Eppinette that blew the game open in the 3rd quarter! For the Barons, QB Ray Lewis connected on 2 passing TD’s!

Manheim Central gets the WIN & the Section 3 Title after knocking off rival Cocalico... 56-27! It’s the Lady Barons’ 1st Section Trophy since 2012 (they will share it with Lampeter-Strasburg this year) Maddie Knier led all scorers with 23pts, Abbie Reed had 13… Teagan Sahm led Cocalico with 16pts! Manheim Central spotted Cocalico a 2-0 lead after the 1st inning… Alex Fox & Dane Horning scored the Eagles runs! But the Barons rattled off 12 unanswered runs after that & won the game 12-2 in 6 innings! Central’s Cody Hess went 3-3 with 3 RBI & a run scored, Carter Kyle & Cam Thompson combined for 3 hits, 2 walks & 4 runs scored! Barons starter Colin Connelly (2-1) got the Win (5 IP, 2 R, 3 H, 7 K’s, 6 BB)
