Upper weights started off strong for the Barons with Falls from Noah Templin at 189, Brodie Daugherty at 215, & Jason Dougherty at 285! Eagles fought back at the lighterweights, but Central’s Cody Hess (160) & AJ Hondru (172) slammed the door for the Baron Win!

Spartans won a back & forth contest that saw the Mounts lead 3-1 after the 1st qt, then the Spartans grabbed a 7-4 halftime lead only to watch Ephrata close it to 8-7 after 3 quarters! Elco earned the 3-0 shutout against Manheim Central in early, non-league action! Jevan Marquette (13’), Cru Frederick (23’) & Ben Macchione (55’) scored for the Raiders! Central Goalie Zach Spangler made a nice PK save in the opening minutes of the game, the Elco Offense was too much! Barons drop Game 1 of the season, while Elco moves to 2-0 with a 4-0 margin of victory!
Manheim Central stretched a 2 point lead after 3 quarters into a 37-22 Win over Cocalico, thanks to lockdown 4th quarter effort! Gianna Walters had ALL of her Game-High 14 points in the 2nd half for Central! Maddie Gehman added 11 points & Lilah Walters chipped in 10 points (both Walters Sisters combined 9-9 from the free throw line) This is the only meeting between these 2 teams this season! 🔹Kira Lehman led Cocalico with 11 points!
