Manheim Township REPEATED as L-L League Field Hockey Champions 🏆 beating Section 1 rival Warwick 1-0! Julia Weaver scored the only goal of the game for the Blue Streaks in the 2nd quarter! (This is now back to back years Township has beaten Warwick in the League Final)

▪️ Both teams now turn their attention to the District 3 Playoffs starting Wednesday, October 23! Warwick is #1 in 2A and Manheim Township is #1 in 3A!

Hagerstown mounted a 9th inning comeback against Lancaster & won it 9-8 in 10 innings to avoid a sweep by the Stormers! Lancaster had taken the lead in the 8th inning by scoring 4 runs, sparked by a 2 RBI double by Isan Diaz & a 2 run homer by Mason Martin! But a bench-clearing brawl halted all Stormers momentum & the Flying Boxcars get out of town with a win!

Warwick Boys WON an Overtime THRILLER in the Quarterfinal round of the District 3 ? Playoffs! Warriors knocked off #2 Cumberland Valley… 58-51 in OT ? Tate Landis led all scorers with 19 points, Carter Horst had 14! Warwick advanced to the 6A Boys Semifinals on Tuesday, March 1 against #3 Central Dauphin!
