The Crusaders were up big in the first quarter, until a little known player named Chase Krall entered the game! L-L Football: Warwick vs. Cocalico (10-22-21)
Cocalico celebrates Senior Night in a big way by knocking off Warwick 27-21, moving to 4-0 in the Section 2 standings! The Eagles now earn at least a share of the Section 2 Title & face Manheim Central next week for a chance to win it outright! As for the game... it was another huge night on the gridiron for Anthony Bourassa, who smashed his previous career high, churning out 330+ yards on the ground & 2 TD's! Boys Volleyball: Conestoga Valley vs. Manheim Central (5-1-25)
Manheim Central (12-0) stayed UNBEATEN in Section 2 play after the Barons knocked off Conestoga Valley 3-0! On a special Senior Night, Central got contributions from Reagan Miller (Sr.) with 14 kills, Dylan Musser (Sr.) 3 service aces and 28 assists, & Landon Mattiace (Sr.) with 6 solo blocks!
-- The Barons Won the Section 2 title again and will host the League Semifinals on Monday, May 12! Manheim Central takes aim at a 3rd straight L-L League Title and will face Warwick in Semifinal #2 at "The Derb"!
Baseball: Penn Manor vs. Warwick (5-3-24)
Warwick had Penn Manor on “upset alert” late in this ballgame… all tied 4-4 heading into the 7th inning! But the Comets pushed 3 runs across in the top of the 7th & slammed the door shut to win 7-4! Penn Manor won the season series 3-0 & kept their League Playoff hopes alive (but ultimately fell 1 win short to qualify)!
