Another stellar L-L League Wrestling Championship in the books! Here’s a look at the sights and sounds from the days’ action from Manheim Township HS!

🔹Conestoga Valley won the boys team title after they sent 6 wrestlers to the Finals, winning 5 🥇 Ephrata finished 4th, Manheim Central 6th, Cocalico 9th, Warwick 11th & Garden Spot 17th! On the girls side, JP McCaskey won the team title over Hempfield, with Warwick finishing 7th as our only local school with a girls team!

▪️Congrats to Northern Lebanon’s Aaron Seidel who joined the 4X League Champion Club winning at 133lbs!

L-L Girl’s Basketball Playoffs (Quarters): Ephrata vs Manheim Central (2-12-22)

Ephrata Girls won their 2nd straight L-L Playoff game, downing Section 3 Co-Champ Manheim Central 36-33! Lady Barons' Maddie Knier led all scorers with 14pts, Rachel Nolt added 12! Atlantic League Baseball Playoffs: Southern Maryland vs. Lancaster (9-20-22)

In Game 1 of the Atlantic League North Division Championship Series… Southern Maryland came away with a narrow 2-1 win over Lancaster! It was a pitcher’s duel on full display, with each Starting Pitcher giving up just 1 earned run... but the Stormers came up just short after an exciting 9th inning at Clipper Magazine Stadium ?⚾️?
