L-L League Wrestling Championships: Boys & Girls Finals (1/25/25)

Thriller of a game between Elco & Manheim Central girls!?? Went down to the wire but Elco escapes Manheim with the 54-53 victory! Maddie Knier was spectacular with 28 points, but Elco had 3 players in double figures... Kailey Eckhart (16), Ashley Yoh & Amanda Smith (14)! Smith hit the game-winner with 10 seconds left! Manheim Central Junior Maddie Knier scored her 1,000th Career Point Friday night in the 1st quarter against Elco! Knier became the 6th player in Lady Barons history to reach the 1,000 point mark! Check out this video to re-live the sights & sounds from a milestone night in the Lady Barons program!

P.S. Lady Barons won the game 65-42 over Elco, Manheim Central's 4th straight win of the season!

Hempfield denied Warwick a trip to the L-L League Finals with a 49-43 win! Black Knights outscored the Warriors 13-6 in the 4th quarter to get the W! Hempfield is into the L-L Championship for the 3rd year in a row, where they will face Section 2 Champ, Manheim Central, on Friday at 7pm!

-- Warwick's next game is Monday, February 20 in the District 3 Playoffs... they will host Donegal at 7pm!

Warwick’s pitching & hitting carried the Warriors to a 10-0 WIN in 5 innings over Donegal in the Quarterfinals of the L-L League Playoffs! Matt Seibert tossed 5 strong innings, had 5 K's, no Walks, gave up just 3 hits!
