L-L League Boys Volleyball Playoffs: Semifinals – Hempfield vs. Manheim Central (5-13-24)

Manheim Central have everything working tonight in ALL 3 facets of the game... Offense, Defense & Special Teams! Barons blanked Conestoga Valley 63-0! Central QB Judd Novak threw 3 TD passes, ran for 2 more! Barons move to 7-1 overall, 2-1 in Section 2! Here are the highlights...

Manheim Central rallied late in the game to take Round 1 against Cocalico… 4-3! Barons exploded for 3 runs in the 6th inning, capped off by Ky Watson’s RBI 1b! Trevor Lowe picked up the Win! Trent Dickson threw 6 solid innings with 7 K's, but was chased in the 6th! Nolan Book also blasted a solo home run for the Barons! Central has now won 3 straight Section 3 games!

Conestoga Valley won a low-scoring, hard fought Section 2 matchup over Manheim Central... 1-0! Bayley Denlinger put home the only goal late in the 4th quarter! Both goalies were sensational, but Buckskins' Jane Younger shined the brightest stopping ALL 18 shots she faced!
